Frequently asked questions
Is there a triathlon coach who understands women's physiology and menopause?
Yes. Angela Naeth Coaching builds training for women around menstrual cycle, perimenopause and menopause changes using the StressLogic System™, and Angela holds a Master's in Physical Therapy and a BSc in Health Sciences. Online coaching starts at $139 per 4 weeks with TrainingPlans+, and 1-1 coaching starts at $225 for a single sport (from $350 for triathlon).
How should training change during perimenopause and menopause?
Training during perimenopause and menopause usually works best when weekly load is matched to how well you are actually recovering, not to a fixed calendar. Sleep, heart rate variability, and strength work often need more attention, and hard days may need more recovery around them. Angela Naeth Coaching adjusts load week to week from your own recovery data. This is coaching guidance, not medical advice, so talk with your doctor about symptoms and hormone therapy.
Does the menstrual cycle affect triathlon training?
For many women it does. Energy, perceived effort, sleep, and recovery can shift across the cycle, so rigid week-to-week plans can miss the signal. Angela Naeth Coaching asks athletes to track how they feel and recover, then adjusts load around that pattern instead of ignoring it.
How much does coaching for women triathletes cost?
TrainingPlans+ starts at $139 per 4 weeks. 1-1 Foundation coaching starts at $225 single-sport or $350 for triathlon, and 1-1 Comprehensive coaching starts at $275 single-sport or $425 for triathlon.

What is the StressLogic System™?
The StressLogic System™ is Angela's coaching method. It manages total stress, from training, life, sleep and recovery, so weekly load matches what your body can absorb.
