What's the core difference between Foundation and ECHO?
Foundation: your coach builds and adapts your week around life and recovery.
ECHO: everything in Foundation, plus weekly stress-range targets, structured CP/CS testing, metabolic profiling, and deeper data-guided block timing.
Do you coach runners and cyclists, or only triathletes?
Yes — we coach all three. ANC supports triathletes, road and trail runners, road and gravel cyclists, mountain bikers, and ultra-endurance athletes. Every distance from 5K to IRONMAN.
How often do I hear from my coach?
Weekly plan updates with ongoing communication in TrainingPeaks and email. Race weeks typically include additional check-ins.
Do I need to test frequently in ECHO?
Testing is used strategically (CP or CS blocks) but validated through real training sessions so athletes avoid unnecessary fatigue.
Will my coach help with fueling and pacing?
Yes. Both tiers include fueling guidance, pacing rehearsal sessions, and full race-week execution planning.
Can I switch coaches?
Yes. If another coach style is a better fit we transition your TrainingPeaks data seamlessly.
Do I need TrainingPeaks Premium?
Yes for 1-1 coaching. We help activate or connect your TrainingPeaks account. It's included with TrainingPlans+.
How do workouts reach my watch or bike computer?
TrainingPeaks syncs directly with Garmin, Wahoo, Zwift, TrainerRoad, and similar platforms.
Can I train indoors?
Yes — workouts export directly to Zwift, TrainerRoad, and other indoor platforms.
How does the 4-week subscription work?
Billing renews automatically every 28 days.
What happens if I cancel?
Billing stops at the end of the current cycle and TrainingPeaks access ends when the subscription finishes.
Can I receive a receipt?
Yes — a confirmation receipt is automatically emailed after purchase.
