Coaching Options & Pricing — Angela Naeth Coaching
Choose Your Coaching Path
ANC offers individualized endurance coaching built around the athlete, their physiology, goals, and response to training. Our coaching philosophy is consistent. The level of coach involvement differs.
One philosophy. Three distinct training experiences.
Comprehensive and Foundation are both individualized, coach-led, one-to-one services following the ANC Method. Neither is a generic training plan or a lesser version of the other. TrainingPlans+ is a separate experience for athletes who prefer to manage their own training using a structured ANC approach.
Comprehensive Coaching
Ongoing evaluation. Active management. Continuous adaptation.
Your coach actively manages your training and development, continually interpreting how you respond to training alongside your recovery, fatigue, performance, and life circumstances. Frequent workout review and daily feedback inform proactive adjustments to volume, intensity, frequency, and session placement.
For athletes who want close involvement in the ongoing management and progression of their training, rather than executing a program independently between scheduled reviews.
Foundation Coaching
Individualized training. Structured oversight. Targeted intervention.
Your coach builds your individualized program, establishes its direction and progression, and provides weekly oversight. Review focuses on key workouts, quality sessions, important long sessions, and meaningful performance and recovery trends. Feedback and adjustments are targeted to your progress, response, and changing circumstances.
For athletes who want an experienced coach overseeing their development and are comfortable executing their program independently between reviews. Foundation is genuine one-to-one coaching, not a beginner-only service, an automated program, or self-coaching.
TrainingPlans+
Structured ANC training. Independently managed by you.
You manage your own training using a structured ANC training plan. TrainingPlans+ is for athletes who prefer independent execution without a dedicated coach managing their individual training week.

The shared ANC Method
Both one-to-one services begin with understanding the athlete. Physiology, training history, goals, event demands, recovery, and life outside sport inform purposeful progression. StressLogic remains part of ANC's coaching language around training stress, recovery, and adaptation. Data informs decisions, but does not replace interpretation, experience, or coaching judgment. Athletes should understand not only what they are doing, but why.
Pricing and commitments
Discuss current pricing, billing frequency, minimum commitments, and the specific support included in your service with ANC before enrolling. Your choice should reflect the level of ongoing coach involvement you want.
