Racing and Training

  • Run, triathlon and cycling specific plans, strength and builds that are specific for any athlete (beginner to advanced)
  • Always have training on calendar -  build/durability block until we have a race to prepare for! Never without training

1-1 Coaching — Foundation & ECHO
What’s the core difference between Foundation and ECHO?

Foundation: your coach builds and adapts your week around life and recovery. ECHO: everything in Foundation, plus weekly stress-range targets (Stress-Logic), structured CP/CS testing, and tighter data-guided timing for blocks/tapers.

How often do I hear from my coach?

Weekly plan updates with ongoing communication in TrainingPeaks and email. Response times are quick; race weeks typically include extra touch points.

Do I need to test frequently in ECHO?

Testing is rhythmic but pragmatic (e.g., CP/CS blocks). We also validate zones using recent sessions to avoid over-testing and protect durability.

Will my coach help with fueling and pacing?

Yes. Both tiers include fueling guidance and pacing rehearsal in key sessions, plus race-week execution plans and taper detail.

Can I switch coaches?

Yes. If a different style or schedule is a better fit, we’ll coordinate a smooth handoff with full TrainingPeaks continuity.

Why is 1-1 often the best route?

Templates can’t read your life. A coach interprets context (sleep, stress, feel, data) and adjusts weekly so you progress, avoid injury cycles, and peak when it matters.

Technical & Platform
Do I need TrainingPeaks Premium?

No — however it is required for our 1-1 athletes. We’ll help you link or activate it.

How do I get workouts on my watch or bike computer?

Connect TrainingPeaks to Garmin, Wahoo, etc. Structured workouts sync automatically — press “Start.”

Can I train indoors with Zwift or TrainerRoad?

Yes — structured sessions export to these platforms from TrainingPeaks.

Are Stryd, HRV, or Oura supported?

We can incorporate these metrics. In ECHO, they help inform load targeting, readiness, and zone validation.

Billing & Admin
How does the 4-week subscription work?

Billing renews every 28 days.

What happens if I cancel?

Your billing stops at the end of the current 4-week cycle. At the time of cancellation TrainingPeaks access and the TrainingPlans+ environment are removed, and any attached plans are cleared from your account.

Can I get a receipt or invoice for reimbursement?

Yes — you’ll receive a confirmation receipt by email after purchase.
