Your coach adapts your training week to week, ensuring every session, recovery block, and progression aligns with your readiness and where you’re headed — not just where you are.

How We Coach: 1-1 Premier Coaching

1-1 Premier Coaching is personal, professional 1‑on‑1 coaching led by Head Coach Angela Naeth, grounded in two rules: coach the athlete in front of us and decide with data. Each week we use our proprietary ECHO Stress Balance Model to blend TSS, CTL, ATL, TSB, HRV, sleep (among others), and your own notes to set a precise target TSS and map where intensity belongs.

We train one system at a time—Base and Durability, Threshold, VO2, or Specificity—so adaptations stack, not scatter. We profile continuously with CP/CS when available, review proactively, and adjust mid‑week as life shifts, integrating tri, run, bike, strength, fueling, and recovery so your plan is both human and scientific.
