From Angela

Most Runners Don't Need More Miles.

They need the right miles.

I see it all the time. Too many runs at a moderate effort. Easy days that aren't easy. A long run that keeps growing until something breaks.

So we change it. Most of your week stays easy. Your quality runs have a purpose. Your long run fits your race and your recovery.

That's what coaching a marathoner looks like.

Who this is for

Runners With Real Goals.

  • Your first marathon, finished strong
  • A new marathon PR

How it works

Coaching, Not a Template.

01

We start from your real week

The days you can really run. Work, travel, kids, sleep. Not the mileage a template wants.

02

Your paces are yours

Built from your own Critical Speed, from runs you actually complete. Most of your week stays easy.

03

Push, hold or pull back

Every week your coach reads your pace, heart rate, HRV and how you felt. Then decides what comes next.

Physiology sets the direction. Your life sets the dose.

That's the StressLogic System. Your stress budget is training, work, family and sleep together.

Real life happens

When Life Gets Loud, Your Week Changes.

Missed a run?

It's gone, and that's fine. We don't cram it into Saturday. We build next week from how this one really went.

Niggles and tight hamstrings

Tell your coach early. We change the week before a niggle becomes an injury.

Recovery when you need it

No recovery week penciled in on a calendar. When your data and your week say you need it, you get it.

Training anywhere

Your plan lives in TrainingPeaks. You run, your data comes in, your coach adjusts.

FAQ

Questions Marathoners Ask.

Do I need a coach for my first marathon?

You don't need one, but a coach helps you arrive healthy and ready. We read how your training is really going and change your week when life or your body asks for it.

How do you set my marathon paces?

From your own Critical Speed, built from runs you actually complete. Most of your running stays easy, and your quality runs have a clear purpose.

Can I train for a marathon with a busy job?

Yes. We start from the days and hours you really have. When a week gets loud, your coach adjusts it.

Do you schedule recovery weeks?

No. Recovery is coached when you need it, based on your data and your week, not penciled in on a calendar.

Is this different from a training app?

Yes. An app follows rules. Your coach reads your pace, heart rate, HRV and how you felt, and makes the call each week.
