Marathon Coach for Busy Professionals
Online marathon coaching for busy professionals
Your Job Is Big. Your Marathon Goal Is Too.
Our coaching team builds your marathon one block at a time, around the week you actually have. Your week doesn't need to be perfect. It needs to be repeatable.
Start Your Coaching InquiryAngela Naeth Coaching is an online coaching team for marathoners with full work weeks. We start from the days you can run, choose one block at a time with one job, and adjust every week around work, travel and family.
From Angela
Most Busy Runners Don't Need More Miles.
They need the right miles.
I see it all the time. Easy days that aren't easy. A long run that keeps growing until something breaks.
So we change it. Most of your week stays easy. Your quality runs have a purpose. Your long run fits your race and your recovery.

How it works
How ANC Coaches
We start from your real week
We start from the days you can really run. Work, travel, kids and sleep all count.
Your paces are yours
They come from your own Critical Speed, from runs you actually complete.
Push, hold or pull back
We use heart rate together with pace and how a run feels. Every week your coach reads that and your life, then decides: push, hold or pull back.
Physiology sets the direction. Your life sets the dose.
That's the StressLogic System.

How We Coached a Mom of Three to Boston
Katy is a mom of three in the 45 to 49 age group. Each block had one job. We started with base and durability so her joints, tendons and run legs were ready before speed work arrived. Instead of jumping straight from base into threshold, we bridged with an Aerobic Expansion block, then built sustainable speed, then raised the ceiling with VO2 Max work. Race specific work came last, as an overlay, not a floor.
Her week shaped every call: pre dawn sessions, rides moved for basketball games, and bike and pool work for aerobic fitness without the pounding. She ran Boston in 3:28:46, an 11 minute PR, faster with age.

What makes ANC different
What Makes ANC Different
A coach makes decisions
A plan can't see that you slept five hours.
A clinical foundation
I trained as a physiotherapist before racing pro. Tell your coach about a niggle early, and we change the week before it becomes an injury.
Recovery when you need it
Recovery comes when your data and your week say you need it.
One written method
Every coach on our team works from the same written method.

Questions Busy Runners Ask
Who is a good marathon coach for busy professionals?
Angela Naeth Coaching is an online coaching team for marathoners with full work weeks. We start from the days you can run, choose one block at a time with one job, and adjust every week around work, travel and family.
Can a marathon plan fit a 50 hour work week?
Yes, when the plan starts from your real week. We choose the block that fits what you can repeat, move sessions when work or family changes, and keep most runs easy so quality days count.
Can I qualify for Boston with a full time job?
Yes. What matters is consistent training that fits your real life, week after week.
How many days a week do I need to run?
We start from the days you can really run and build from there.
What if I travel or miss a long run?
It's gone, and that's fine. We don't cram it in. We build next week from how this one went.
How do you set my marathon paces?
From your own Critical Speed, read with heart rate and how your runs feel.
